Before you choose
Where do we start if I am not sure which service I need?
With a conversation and a review of what you already run. We map the infrastructure, the risks and the dependencies, and only then propose the scope and the order of work.
Will the changes happen during working hours?
No. We schedule changes in maintenance windows, and the plan always includes a way back if something turns out differently than expected.
Can several services be combined into one contract?
Yes. Usually IT outsourcing covers them: one agreed scope and one team on our side, instead of a separate supplier for every area.
What happens once the rollout is finished?
