Before you ask
Can you take over the infrastructure we already have?
Yes. We start by checking what you run and how it works, then take it over as it stands, without replacing everything at once. Changes come later, each with a reason.
How quickly do you respond to problems?
Response times and any round-the-clock cover are set in the contract. We do not work through tickets in order. We start with whatever blocks work the most, and monitoring catches some failures before anyone reports them.
Do you take over all of IT, or can you also support our own admin?
Both. We can run all of IT, or step in where your team needs support: a larger rollout, out-of-hours cover, or an area nobody there works on day to day. We agree the split at the start, so it is clear who owns what.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Yes. We work with what you already have: Azure, Google Cloud, VPN, Zscaler, Windows and Linux servers, vSphere and Hyper-V. We will not ask you to replace something just to make our work easier.
How do you look after our data?
We split the network into separated parts, keep control over who can reach what, and stay on top of updates. Backups are proven in practice by a test restore. A copy nobody has ever restored is only a promise.
