VPN configuration and rollout

VPN deployment for business

Secure access to company resources from the office, from home and on the move.

  • The protocol matched to the risk: OpenVPN, IKEv2, L2TP/IPsec, SSTP or Zscaler
  • Integration with your existing infrastructure, not a second one beside it
  • Team training and support after go-live

01

Reaching the company from outside the office

A VPN solves one problem: someone is somewhere else and still needs the same resources they have at their desk, and nobody along the way may read that traffic.

We start by analysing the network: what has to be reachable, by whom and from where. The configuration follows from that, not the other way round. We integrate the solution with what you already run instead of building a second infrastructure alongside it.

02

Which VPN depends on what you are protecting

L2TP/IPsec gives solid protection and works well in mid-sized and larger companies. OpenVPN offers the highest level of security and is the natural choice wherever sensitive data is involved. SSTP is built into Windows and convenient in Microsoft-based environments, though less flexible.

IKEv2 keeps the connection stable even when someone moves from Wi-Fi to mobile data, so it suits people who are constantly on the move. Zscaler works differently: it is a cloud service securing traffic at the network and application layer, with no VPN infrastructure of your own to maintain.

Legacy PPTP installations we take over and replace. The protocol's encryption is broken and it has no place in a new deployment.

03

What the rollout looks like

Needs analysis, tailored configuration, integration with the existing IT infrastructure, installation, training for the team, then monitoring and support once it is live. None of those steps is optional. Training is the one most often dropped, and it is exactly the one that comes back later as support tickets.

We do not sell an off-the-shelf solution. The configuration follows how the company actually works, and we keep it compliant with personal data protection rules.

04

What drives the cost

Several things: the scope (access for a handful of people looks nothing like a whole company with advanced authentication), the choice between hardware and software, software licences, the level of support and training, and how deeply the solution has to integrate with your current IT.

That is why there is no single price. After a conversation about scope we prepare a quote that shows what you are paying for.

Outcome

What you get

Secure remote work

Staff can use company resources while working away from the office.

Access based on need

Each person can reach only the resources required for their work.

One access environment

The new connection works with your current network and systems.

How we work

How we start

The first step is a talk and a look at what you already have.

  1. 1

    Need

We listen to what is not working and what needs to change.

  2. 2

    Analysis

We inventory the infrastructure, the risks and the dependencies.

  3. 3

    Plan

We agree the scope, the order of work and the way back.

  4. 4

    Delivery

We make changes in maintenance windows, without interrupting your work.

  5. 5

    Operations

We monitor, we respond and we plan what comes next.

FAQ

Before you ask

How much does a VPN deployment cost?

It depends on the complexity and the company's needs: the number of users, hardware, licences and how much integration is required. After a conversation about scope we prepare a quote.

Do you train our team?

Yes. Training is part of the rollout, at several stages, so people actually use the new solution instead of working around it.

What happens after go-live?

Monitoring and support stay in place. The on-call scope and response times are set in the contract, depending on how critical remote access is for you.
